Dr. Fred Adams has served the Body of Christ in ministry for the past 40 years as a teacher, The Rock Church Administrator for seventeen years, TRBC Director for nine-years, a small group leader for twelve years, and is pleased to be a member of the College’s faculty.
Dr. Adams earned his Bachelor in Science and Business Administration from California Baptist University. After 30 years as organizational development and technical training specialist in aircraft manufacturing and repair, he retired from the aerospace industry as a certified facilitator of dialogue and communication aptitude. Dr. Adams is accomplished in course development and design, organizational consultation, classroom facilitation, and hands-on training. He has been a member of the University of California Riverside Extension teaching staff. He has frequently taught aircraft composite repair for San Bernardino Valley College Avionics Department and has served as a consultant and technical advisor for five newly constructed Aerospace manufacturers in the United States and Great Britain.
